Ignoring thousands of years of human evolution by gratuitously mentioning dicks, tits and ass and basically making a mockery of human imagination, potential & spiritual development… (with a small exception for 2 Live Crew cause that shit is so wack it’s funny)

Following these guidelines is an important step to keeping our sanity here at The Radiophile… Also to help keep our sanity, we recruit “music makers” and music players who embody the above ideals and can facilitate a high level of communication between the listener, the DJ or “selecta”, the universe, and most essentially, your mind and/or feet… Recruited for their depth of musical freakdom, the DJ's, presenters and musical maestro's on TheRadiophile posses a certain kind of obsessive/compulsive characteristic which leads them to seek out new and old, rare and phat "choons" within their chosen musical obsession. In short, the people playing music on TheRadiophile are freaks. Freaks with freakishly big/deep ideas and musical collections. Collections bordering on stupid because the owners spend more time/money buying vinyl/tunes than eating or working or... (insert funny 3rd thing)

But of course, no music collection is ever stupid, and I have realised that it is exceedingly beneficial for humankind to let the freak flags fly high, and let the humbling diversity of tunes fall in a joyous melodic and rhythmical downpour of tropical strength than to get out an umbrella with which to seek shelter under the freak shower...

This philosophy results in TheRadiophile being the most eclectic radio station you will ever hear... In fact, the Radiophile is so eclectic in its presentation, that if you hear something you can't get into, we guarantee that the next track will tickle you somehow... If you can wholly comprehend that music is TRULY the language of the soul, then you should, at the very least, be able to appreciate other styles and genres just for the fact that it is music de la soul… As our homeboy Aristotle said, "It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it."

The other distinguishable fact that sets The Radiophile apart from pretty much every other radio station in the world (AM/FM or internet), is that they do not understand the true purpose of music... Very few people in the world know why music exists. Most don't even know why they like it, let alone what it’s actual purpose is…
